Cancellation and Refund Policy

At HomeopathyHelps.in, we strive to ensure a smooth experience for all users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel a consultation or request a refund for product orders. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Consultation Cancellation and Refund

a. Consultation Booking Cancellations

  • You may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 2 hours before the appointment time.
  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

b. No Show or Delay by Doctor

  • If a doctor fails to attend the consultation or there is a significant delay (more than 30 minutes), you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at your convenience.

c. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@homeopathyhelps.in with:

  • Your name
  • Appointment date and time
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Product Order Cancellation and Refund

a. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@homeopathyhelps.in or call [Insert Phone Number] with your order ID.

b. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect product
  • An expired product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the product and packaging to homeopathyhelps.in@gmail.com After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Store credit

c. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of homeopathic medicines, products once delivered are non-returnable, unless damaged or wrong items are sent.

3. Refund Timelines

Once your refund is approved, it will be:

  • Initiated within 2–3 business days
  • Reflected in your original payment method within 7–10 business days
