At HomeopathyHelps.in, we are committed to ensuring that your homeopathic medicines and wellness kits are delivered to you safely and on time. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how and when we deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver homeopathic products across India via trusted courier partners.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
    • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
    • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and courier service efficiency.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50–₹100, depending on order weight and location.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment in real-time via the courier’s website

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • You will need to pay for reshipping
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to deliver on time, certain situations may cause delays, including:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • High demand periods (festivals, public holidays)

In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is:

  • Damaged on arrival: Please take photos and contact us within 48 hours
  • Marked as delivered but not received: Let us know immediately so we can investigate with the courier

We will work to resolve such issues with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
